Latex gives a different feel to memory foam or pillow top. It's responsive rather than slow, cushioned but not enveloping, and it stays cool through the night where foam tends to warm up. Underneath the latex comfort layer is a base of 1,000 individually pocketed springs, the foundation that holds the body level and stops the softer feel turning into a sag.
This is the entry into the Latex range. Side sleepers, lighter frames, anyone who finds firmer mattresses hostile, and anyone who's spent too many nights getting too warm in foam. If you usually sleep hot, this is the mattress to look at first.
If you're choosing across the three Latex tiers, this is the call. Linden is the soft, cushioned start. Alder is the medium, the most universal choice. Oakridge is the firm, the heaviest support layer. Same latex character throughout, three different tensions.
